이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온,오프라인 산업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 불어나고 있습니다면 구글이 가장 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.
