Pressure washing stucco can be tricky because the surface is porous and can easily chip or gouge if you get too close or use too much pressure. I usually start with a wide fan tip and keep the nozzle moving, testing an inconspicuous spot first. It's amazing how much dirt and mildew comes off, but you have to be patient and let the cleaner dwell before rinsing.
